I write here about Home Assistant, self-hosting, and the infrastructure it all runs on. The newsletter collects what has been added since the last issue, together with a short note on what was not working in my own setup at the time.

What is in it

The posts published in the last two weeks, each with a sentence on what it covers. Then a note from actually running the thing: what an update broke, which assumption turned out to be wrong, what I would do differently.

How often

Every two weeks. Not weekly: this site averages a bit over two posts a week, but individual weeks come out empty, and an issue carrying a single link is not an issue.

What does not happen

No paid placements, no sharing your address with anyone. Signing up uses double opt-in, so nothing starts until you confirm, and every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe.
